1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JobTrail (“the Service”), operated by JobTrail Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JobTrail is a cloud-based field service management platform that provides scheduling, dispatch, customer management, invoicing, team management, and related business tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. During the trial you have access to all features. At the end of the trial you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

5. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in US dollars. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership of the data you submit to the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobTrail Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
